The Nautilus Haute Joaillerie reference 7118/1450 is presented by Patek Philippe in a brand-new white gold interpretation with a case, bezel, bracelet, and dial encrusted with rows of diamonds set in the little raised wave pattern typical of the ladies' Nautilus collection. The self-winding caliber 324 S's intricate finishing and architectural design are apparent through the case back's translucent sapphire crystal. The bracelet has a fold-over clasp that is trademarked by Patek Philippe and is held on by four separate catches. 2,553 brilliant-cut Top Wesselton diamonds (about 12.69 carats) are internally flawless and add fire to the new Nautilus Haute Joaillerie.
